Pes planus or also known as flat feet are either present from a young age or developed with age.  Flat feet are recognized by the whole foot being flat on the floor with no prominent arch visible.  It is mostly a painless condition but if caused due to injury or if it develops with old age it can cause pain or discomfort.  Custom foot orthotics are used to prevent pes planus from getting worse and giving support to the foot in order to relief the pain.

Plantar Fasciitis is when inflammation is present in the planar fascia of the foot due to stress or repetitive action that causes overuse.  Burning heels and pain underneath the foot especially with the first steps taken in the morning are common signs of this condition. Custom arch supports with padding and support helps to take strain off the plantar fascia.

Achilles tendonitis are inflammation of the tendon at the back of your heel and calf.  It presents with pain, swelling or tenderness over the tendon and are caused by stress or overuse.  Foot orthotics designed to lift the heel and give padding to the heel are used as conservative treatment.
